La finalidad es reunir y dar a conocer una oportunidad de observar como actúan otros países en el mundo respecto de sus políticas y actuaciones en Eficiencia Energética y por ende el Certificado Energético. Evidentemente la cantidad de Información que podemos encontrar es ingente.
